FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The show will be held at Newport Performing Arts Theatre on June 30th, 2024: Sunday.

The show starts at exactly 4pm. We will officially give out tickets at 3pm at the Vestibule. Open doors are at 3:30pm.

You may purchase tickets at https://manila.skydanceavenue.com/. Official ticket sales start June 14th, 7pm.

We will only hold your ticket for 6 hours. If payment is not confirmed, we will automatically let go of your reserved seat.

TICKET CLAIM: Please keep your ticket order number. You will be given your physical ticket on June 22nd, Saturday. Pick-up of physical tickets will be at BGC Arts Center, Rockwell Club and G Studios, Alabang. Your ticket is colour coded, depending on the tier you purchased. Please keep it and bring it during the event itself. You will need to present that in our ticketing booth, and you’ll be given a wrist band for the purchased seat. DO NOT FORGET TO BRING THE TICKETS ON JUNE 30th. 

Ticket prices range from:

  • Platinum – P4,000
  • SVIP – P3,000
  • VIP – P2,000
  • Gold – P1,000
  • Silver – P850

 

A 20% discount should apply for senior citizens and PWDs. This can only be applied for the person who is a senior and has a disability. Newport has an assigned row for easier access. (ROWS E and M). Seniors and PWD with wheelchairs have designated seats near Row M. Please take note of this when checking out your tickets. In the event, you want to be seated together with a senior/PWD, you may purchase as is. Rows E and M are the accessible seats. 

Yes, you may choose your assigned seats.

We only accept payments online. Please make sure to checkout in our official ticketing system. 

Tickets are non-refundable. Once payment is received, we cannot refund tickets.

There are no limits to the number of tickets/guests per performer. 

Children 2yrs and below are of free admission. However, as this is a 1.5 hour show, The show will have loud sounds and bright lights. This might be overstimulating for your child. Please be responsible and ensure your child is safe. 

The Show Rundown will be sent to parents via email and Viber groups.

Parents and guests may take photos and videos during the show. As we allow photos and videos taken during the show, please turn your phone brightness to its lowest. Your mobile device can be a distraction for some. Make sure to turn it on silent mode. No flash photography.

Patrons shall take photos and videos sitting down, raising arms not beyond heads, as not to cover the audience sitting behind. The NPAT seats are designed to see the stage in full  view.

Food and beverages are not allowed inside the theatre. We have food catered for FREE by Raintree Catering at the Vestibule, and some refreshments and other snacks for sale at the Vestibule.

Parents and guests may park at Newport World Resorts (formerly Resorts World Manila.) This is first come first come basis and is paid parking.

All events at the Newport Performing Arts Theater must comply with the latest IATF and LGU protocols at the time of event.
