TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Ticket Limitations:

    a. Ticket sales are limited to a maximum of four (4) tickets per student.
    b. This limitation ensures that every student can invite guests to the recital.

  2. Confirmation and Ticket Distribution:

    a. Please wait for a confirmation email after payment.
    b. The confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during the ticket purchase process.
    c. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a downloadable ticket via email.
    d. Please keep a copy of the downloadable ticket as proof of purchase.
    e. Actual tickets will be distributed before July 1, 2023.
    f. The ticket distribution details will be communicated to you via email.

  3. Ticket Validity and Admission:
    a. Each ticket is valid for one (1) person’s entry to the dance recital.
    b. Tickets are non-transferable and must not be resold or exchanged.
    c. The ticket holder must present the physical ticket for admission to the recital venue.
    d. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded.

  4. Refunds and Cancellations:
    a. All ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be provided unless the organizers cancel the dance recital.
    b. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified via email, and refunds will be issued according to the payment method used during the ticket purchase.

  5. Entry and Code of Conduct:
    a. Entry to the dance recital is subject to compliance with the rules and regulations of the venue.
    b. The ticket holder must adhere to any instructions or guidelines the organizers or venue staff provided.
    c. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.

  6. Liability and Indemnity:
    a. The organizers, venue, and their respective representatives are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the dance recital, unless caused by their negligence.
    b. By attending the event, the ticket holder assumes all risks and releases the organizers, venue, and their representatives from any liability arising from their participation.

  7. Photography and Recording:
    a. To ensure minimal distractions and an enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly request that you limit photography and recording during the dance recital.
    b. We understand that capturing precious moments is important, so we encourage you to take a few photos or record brief snippets of the performance for personal use.
    c. However, please be mindful of your fellow audience members and refrain from continuously using flash photography or recording throughout the recital.

  8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions:
    a. The organizers reserve the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
    b. Any changes will be communicated via email or through a notice posted on the official event website.

  9. By purchasing a ticket and attending the dance recital, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
