Terms and Conditions

Signups must be done in the SDA Portal booking system at https://manila.skydanceavenue.com/ for all students.  A student’s slot will only be confirmed once payment is complete.  Current students will have enrolment priority.  Slots will be open to new students if current students do not make payment on time.  After submitting an online registration, any withdrawals and cancellations from the term course will be charged ₱1500 per dance program for administrative fee.

No refunds will be given for any reason. If the student needs to withdraw from a class due to an unexpected, serious injury or prolonged illness, please discuss with your child’s dance teacher.

We encourage you to settle class fees on or before the specified deadline. Failure to do so will result in
the forfeiture of your child’s slot. Unpaid fees will incur a 2% additional charge per week.

Payment must be made before the start of each term. SDA only accepts bank transfer or cheques.  All classes are paid in full by term.  There is a 2% late penalty charge per month for outstanding fees.

For Rockwell and ACC club members: Kindly settle fees at the club reception please send us a copy of receipt for acknowledgment purposes.

Participation in the class is strictly contingent on payment.

A minimum of 4 students per program is required to run the class. We will notify you promptly if the class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment.

Photos and video recording may be taken by the teacher during class for marketing and promotional purpose.  Please check the appropriate box for parents’ consent in the SDA Portal during registration.

No refund, class credit, or make up session will be arranged in case of adverse weather.

Students need to inform any absence to SDA by email or whatsappviber prior to the missed class for makeup arrangement.  Please pay attention to the course dates per location.  No refund or class credit in the next term will be given for any missed sessions.  There are no classes on public holidays and SDA breaks as listed.

If your child is sick, please do not come to class. You may make up your missed class during the rest of the term. If by any means you will not be available, you can reach out to us to schedule it for the following term. Maximum number of make-up classes made each term is 2 classes. However, absences will only be considered in cases of illness and emergencies. Class credits will be provided for use in the next term.

Sign up for a trial class via the SDA Portal booking system. After the trial, students may enroll in the
full-term dance program on the same trial class date. The trial class is non-refundable and
non-redeemable for cash or class credit.

No siblings or unpaid students are allowed in class. No parents, helpers, or siblings are allowed in class for dance program age 4+. The teacher in charge has the discretion to inform caretakers to wait outside the class when children settle in well. Please take note that the transition of unaccompanied class will take time. Caretakers/ guardians must stand by during the class.

Follow the guidelines below for class attire per program. Please note that jeans or sandals are not
allowed in any of the classes.
